ANNUAL PICNIC     

We're planning to have another picnic with other El Camino graduates of the 50's. This year's event will be on Saturday, September 11.  It will be held at William B. Pond Recreational Area in Carmichael, from noon to 4:00 p.m.  Google directions to the park:

To get to the park from U.S. Highway 50, take Watt Avenue, North. Turn right on Fair Oaks Blvd., and turn right on Arden Way, Arden dead-ends at the park's entrance.  

There is no admission fee, but parking is $5 per car.  When you drive in, look for us near the first large parking lot on the left.  Green balloons will mark the spot.

Hopefully, you will join us for this event.  BYOS - bring your own stuff.... food, drinks, chairs, family/friends, memories.  Those who participated last year had a great time in a relaxed, casual setting.  

No reservations necessary, but we would like to know if you will be attending.

ALASKA 2011                                         

This is still in the planning stages.  A number of our classmates, and those from other EC graduating classes of the 50's, have suggested that another cruise would be fun.  

Sally Anderson White has been working with Carter Country Travel on one possible itinerary. We'll make an attempt to post that information on the bulletin board, or will send it out by email.  Please send us your thoughts on this.  Would you be interested in participating?
